Email Support: Free unlimited for the first 60 days. Up to 10 instances per month after the first 60 days. Typical response time is 30 minutes or less. Additional support is available by annual contract as described below. We're here if you need us!

Toll-free phone support: is free for the first 60 days and may be continued beyond that time as follows: By annual contract (unlimited support): $300.00 for one subscriber and $150.00 for each additional subscriber within the same licensed firm. Of course, there is never any charge for problems related to software issues. If its a SanitSmart problem we'll correct it usually within 1 day or less and provide an update through the secure SanitSmart User Zone.
