These SanitSmart reports may then be saved in any number of different formats including MS Word, MS Excel,text, etc or be emailed from your default mail profile. SanitSmart can also automatically import many data sets you request into Excel 97+ with practically no effort. SanitSmart creates a chart for you and a table of several basic statistics automatically when it imports the data into Excel. Once the data set is in Excel you may do whatever you normally do with Excel. Most grids may be printed as well.
